Order Shipment
- Processing and shipment time will take up to 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipment and processing time is 3-5 business days. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to process and ship your order. We will make certain that you receive your things in a timely and secure manner.
Package Arrived Damaged
- If your package arrived damaged, unfortunately, these unforeseen catastrophes occur while in transit. Although we have no control over how carriers handle Fragile Items in our absence , we can promise you that all packages are packaged and equipped to withstand hard handling during transit. Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving it and notify us of any damage within 48 hours. Provide a detailed picture of the damages. Provide your order number when contacting us to speed up the replacement process. Please allow 48 hours for us to file a claim with the carrier, after which we will send you a brand new product. We assure you that we will promptly take care of any damaged items. For inspection purposes, all original packing materials and boxes must be kept. We have the right to reject any claims for damages after 48 hours.
STOLEN PACKAGE
- Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for products that are lost or stolen. The package is under the custody of the postal handler once orders have left Tayy Glamz Location. Customers must file a claim with the courier directly and follow their instructions. Before thinking a shipment is lost, the USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days. Please contact the courier's customer service staff after 14 days.
